"Low Pricing"

I was helping a friend buy a new BMW and shopped Beverly Hills along the way. Apparently this dealership is trying something different right now and is giving you a kind-of one price shopping experience on many of their new vehicles. They told us that they researched 5 or so dealerships in the general vicinity and came up with a low price to beat them all. I had to see for myself rather than just blindly taking their word for it so I actually did my own cross-checking and it seemed to be true. I also thought the service and attention and this general open-book feeling that I got from them was quite refreshing. So it looks like Beverly Hills is going to be the place where my friend will purchase his BMW.

I bought my new used 2006 325 Ci Convertible from Beverly Hills BMW a month ago and had an amazing, wonderful experience in purchasing my car.  My salesman, Peter, was very professional, totally non-pushy, very patient, helpful and easy to work with...he made my buying experience a pleasure!  My car was competitively priced and in excellent condition.  Every step of the buying process, from my salesman Peter, to the finance manager, Ali, was easy and professional.  I highly recommend Peter as a salesman.  You won't be disappointed!  I would buy from Beverly Hills BMW again.

"Sales Customer"

It all started when I came here on a whim all the way from San Diego last Saturday because I saw an ad for a car I was interested in. I walked in and was greeted by a row of beautiful cars and hundreds of people and customers scurrying about. I asked the receptionist to speak to someone, and actually had to wait for a sales person to come talk to me. Usually I'm the one trying to run away from the aggressive sales people. Well it was a nice change. The car I wanted was still in service, which I thought was odd since it was listed online already, but after some begging Charles led me down the block (and up 4 flights of stairs) to see my beauty. She was perfect, just what I wanted (except that it was manual, and red on the inside but that's ok it's growing on me). From there everything fell into place. I got pre-approved for a decent rate, and Charles told me that he'd call me Tuesday after the holiday weekend to confirm and see when I can pick up my car. He promptly called me at 9:30 Tuesday morning, and left me a message because I was at work. After some phone tag, Charles texted me and we found out that I could pick up the car that night. I told him I'd be coming from San Diego and I wouldn't get there until about 8pm, he was okay with that, he also reminded me to put insurance on my car since I was driving it so far home.

So I actually got there around 7:30pm, and was greeted by Charles as mentioned above. He pulled out my car and she was even more beautiful than I remembered her. After test driving it, checking her from front to back, and filling out all the information Charles took me to see Ali who would handle our financing, it was now about 8:30-9. Ali was a joy, he was funny, full of energy, and efficient given what time it was and he claimed he had been there since 9AM too. He ended up giving an even better interest rate than what I was pre-approved for! (with no but's) As we left at around 10:30pm, most everyone was still very pleasant, I'm not sure I would be as pleasant as these people were if I were to be working 13 hour days, but they definitely made my experience great. I was very happy with the overall experience and my car.

In regards to some of the other reviewers claiming they felt inferior to other "more well dressed" customers or whatever, that wasn't my experience at all. I came here wearing jean shorts and a T-shirt and they treated me just fine. If you want to know what a bad BMW dealership is like, read my review for BMW of San Diego...

So overall I highly recommend Beverly Hills BMW, Charles was awesome down to earth, funny, and polite.

The ONLY minor minute downside was there was a dead bird in my front grill.....we noticed it when we picked up the car, it IS a used car so it's pretty common, and it's not a common place they check i suppose. Charles offered to have someone get it out for us when we showed him but given the time it didn't really bother me, but i definitely think it should be something they pay a little more attention to...

My experience with Beverly Hills BMW was great.  I was so happy to find the car model and mileage that I wanted, and even happier to find that Neda was my Salesperson.  This is the second car I have bought from Neda.  She is awesome, and was really glad to see her again.  Neda is truly special, and I hope to see her continued success.  Jill in finance was great to work with too. She was very professional, handled all of the transfer paperwork without a hitch. You have some great women on your staff, and I was very pleased to work with them.

I leased my car from Beverly Hills BMW and I love it!!  The service was excellent and I never felt bullied or pushed.  I also never felt taken advantage of or talked down to as a single female (yes, that has happened at other dealerships: "And here's a place for your sunglasses, and 2 cupholders, miss" "I don't care about that.  What kind of mileage does it get?")

I worked with Mojan Ghahramani and he was wonderful.  I told him what I was looking to pay, and what cars I was interested in, and he did all the work.  He called me when he found the perfect car, and even drove to Santa Monica so my boss could sign all the paperwork without visiting the dealership.  He went above and beyond what I expected.  He also continued to followup with me for months afterward, just to make sure I'm happy with the car and everything's running well.  He was also very pleasant and professional at all times.

When it's time to have your car serviced, Beverly Hills BMW completely takes care of you.  A wonderful guy in the service department (John maybe?) got me in and out of the service center fast, and even gave me a loaner to use until my car was ready later that day.

I can't say enough good things about them!  Definitely take your BMW business here.

Today, I was just browsing, with my Uncle. He and I had been here together before. We didn't see the same sales person. Anyways, we stopped by to look at some new BMW's. My uncle is thinking about purchasing a new car. He'd had one about 4 years ago but got tired of it and wanted something faster. So, now, he's thinking about one in the M series. YIPPEE!! After walking around for a while, he pitched his price to the salesperson. He looked shocked. This is the same dealership my uncle had purchased a car from before. So, they were willing to work with him. The last time, he paid in cash, in full. So, this time they were happy he'd come back and thrown out a number they could work with. Not really thinking that they'd accept his offer, they said umm... OK, our financial department says OK. so, OK! Uncle was shocked. We smiled, looked around some more and then decided that he'd come back on a different day, give a lower bid and see what would happen. Regardless, a fun time with the nicest sales person we've met at a car dealership to date.

There was no question that I like to drive a German car. Even through my old VW did well for more than a decade. I decided it was time for an upgrade. I visited Beverly Hills BMW and I had a great experience working with Mike Forouzan, who found me exactly what I was looking for without trying to sell me stuff I don't need. Especially if you just got out of college and have other expenses as well. I thought the transaction did go very smooth. Mike was very personable and could answer all my questions and address my concerns. If you decide to go to Beverly Hills BMW ask for Mike. It was a great pleasure working with him.
