It's ok. They over charged on parts and labor. If you don't need them for something major I wouldn't go there. Only for major issues. No need for brakes, oil change, tires. Anything serious I'd go there for sure. They try charging me $700.00 to install a splash guard that cost $65.00 bucks lol

We were stuck in LA with a flat RFT tire at 1pm on Good Friday and needed to get to SF that same night. Tried 3 tire shops that didn’t have our size. Out if despiration called BMW. They not only had the tire I needed but installed it within 3 hrs and we were on our way. Perfect!

The check in process was good. Someone greeted me as soon as I drove in. My service advisor, Paul, was professional and generally responsive throughout the day. Paul seemed like he cared about my situation and did his best to provide exceptional customer service where he could. Sammy, the shuttle driver, was outstanding. He knows how to navigate LA traffic. My lower rating is because the car wash wasn't working and has been broken for weeks.

The Service Advisor talks with me about the details of work to be done & provides an estimate. The waiting area is comfortable with safe, healthy space between chairs, and it is always clean. Started my BMW X6 M50i car buying process with Basseru. Test drove my vehicle and instantly fell in love with it. Purchased the car via email correspondence, without actually seeing it. From the description, the answered questions and the pictures I was able determine how the car is and I made an offer that has been accepted, after which the car was delivered to Orange County by the sale person. The sales person, Jeremy Lee, was helpful and patient. All requests were fulfilled. Not being novice with the brand, I shall state that the vehicle is excellent.

BMW and Justin my service advisor were prompt, thorough and transparent in their attention and assessment of my vehicle's condition. I was given options for various repairs with the gravity of the repair and the necessity of the proposed repairs clearly spelled out. While BMW itself is not inexpensive, and many would argue overpriced, that is the manufacturer's issue. There is no local or dealer level barter or leeway on parts that are just profoundly overpriced. If you want that, have your car towed to an independent or have your car proactively serviced at an independent repair shop. Though you take your risks there as well. As for my and my car's treatment a BH BMW, it was a 10 out of 10, very satisfied (save for the BMW pricing which is beyond the dealer's control).

Great customer service from beginning to end. I came in looking for new rear tires. Robert helped me pick out the right tires according to what I wanted the ride to feel like. I was then handed off to Gill. Gill finished me off right. He successfully answered all of the questions I had surrounding the service I was looking to get done on my M6. I also added in an oil change, front brakes and rotors. The vehicle drives like a charm. I am a hundred percent satisfied with the service. I will be back for future work.

The service was very prompt and well managed. I had a 10:15 appointment and was told that it’ll be done by 2pm, but while I was waiting, when I went to Kiki for asking if I could get something out of my car, I was told that the service would be done in 15minutes. Surprisingly it took only about 1.5 hours on Saturday. Also, one of the staff helped me to find out certain things to operate and Kiki helped me to find why my iphone and car didn’t connect well. Anyway, overall service was very satisfying.

My appointment was at 7:30 am. I had to replace brake pads and have a grinding noise evaluated so I anticipated my appointment and came on a Tuesday. While I was first to get in it took a moment for the mechanic to actually put my car up and look at it. So once my car was up and being looked at by the mechanic at 1 pm it only took 2 hours till 3 pm to change the pike the brake pads, the sensors and a bunch of other items to be taken care of. Which is the usual time. I waited and did remote work in the great room. Was appreciative of the free Wi-Fi. I’ve been a customer at BH BMW for the last 27 + years. Am very satisfied as usual with the service. My car is driving like a dream now. The noise I was hearing had to do with the brakes now gone. Everyone I came in contact with was super helpful and very nice. As usual THANK YOU.

After a month of owning my 23’ G80 M3 Comp I finally got to my break in service miles! I took it in on Feb 2, 2023, when I arrived the BMW service team was quick to assist me in getting the service started. They asked if I would wait and shared the approximate wait time or offered if I needed to be driven anywhere during the service appointment. Francisco Valles was my service advisor, interaction with him was great he was very knowledgeable about the car and quickly addressed any concerns that I had about the service. Wait time was exactly as quoted and I was quickly sent on my way. Overall, the experience was smooth and Francisco was helpful.

Approaching the end of lease on my G20 330 XDrive, I decided to start car shopping on January 1, 2023 and had initially anticipated going to Santa Monica BMW however they were closed. Called Beverly Hills BMW and the receptionist shared they were open, walk-ins welcome. Upon arriving I was greeted and assisted by Ashkan Zarkoub in the showroom, he was friendly and polite and inquired about why I was visiting today. Ashkan was knowledgeable about not only the cars but the packages that each car had and looked out for me to ensure I got the best deal and package. I came in knowing what I wanted and he showed me a few various options within my requested area, first started to run numbers on a Isle Man Green M3 Comp but the numbers didn’t come out right for me. A peer advisor suggested Ashkan show another Frozen Blue M3 Comp that wasn’t sold the day prior, we immediately took a look and I fell in love with the color combination, sat in it and loved it. Ashkan was patient throughout the process as we started to run numbers on this M3 Comp, he took my numbers and spoke with the Finance Manager to work to get a number that worked for both parties. Overall, the deal went well and I got my dream car, the Beverly Hills team were amazing and I was satisfied with the whole process and experience. This is the 2nd car in our household from BMW Beverly Hills and we would suggest anyone car shopping to ask for Ashkan and shop with the team at BH BMW.

This was my first time bringing my BMW in for service since I leased it last year. My appointment was for an oil change but they ended up doing a lot more than that and sent me a bill for $525! Seems like a lot for an oil change? They should be more transparent about what they are actually going to do to your car. Luckily the car's maintenance is included in my lease so I didn't end up having to pay for anything. If that weren't the case I'd be very upset with the lack of transparency and shocked with that bill.

The services department is awesome. But they have some drivers that make you think about get on. Why because they drive crazy worse the ubers or lifts drivers & they don't listen to customers. I ask the driver to close his window & he didn't do it crapp💩

Service was well done, though getting started was slow with insufficient staff to register the car, and parts having to be ordered. Real problem is this is a brand new car, driven less than 30 miles and a service warning came on. Will this be a lemon? Time will tell.

The overall experience was very good. Our salesperson Wael Azzam was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, as were the others involved. I had only 2 minor complaints. First, the entire transaction process took a very long time, such that there were periods where nobody was around and I had to find someone to tell us what was supposed to happen next. Finance was not great. Were overcharging me for tax and argued with me about it. Took way took long because of it so I was stuck there for another hour. After that they were fine. Salesperson was nice and helpful despite an earlier error. and wasn't into high pressure tactics which I liked. They were also helpful in walking us through the car. Receptionist was a bit rude to my wife when she called. Everyone there need to respond quicke rto calls and texts and emails. Car arrived much earlier than anticipated which was great amd the opposite of what many people have experienced. . Also they didn't up-charge like many other dealers so they were honest. I was here yesterday. I had to just get the car checked, yearly checkup and take care of a voluntary emission recall. They were very organized, everyone was very friendly and pleasant. Second car we bought there. My favorite car dealer. Good Price on the car and tradein. Konstantin was a perfect salesperson. Good follow up but without being pushy. Was knowledgeable very patient and accommodating. The 530e is a superb car. Especially now that gas prices are where they are. We do mostly local trips so we can use just the battery. Even with a few longer excursions, its averaging 52mpg and I've put 12 gallons of gas in it since we bought it 3 months ago.

He has been with BMW for a long time. He is a very trustworthy person and promised the work would be done in a timely manner and it was. The only complaint I have is this department needs to have a better shuttle service. There was only one shuttle and my wait was going to be almost an hour so I took and Uber to work Maybe the service department can offer Uber to its customers? Otherwise I give my service man Dung Trinh 10 stars!!!

My experience was saved by the service manager, then the advisor. After continually being frustrated trying to connect by phone for an appointment, I decided to just show up. Service was performed well and promptly, which saves the experience. The phone issues have been a chronic problem for years even prior to the pandemic.

I went to look at a BMW and was able to show them the comparable market prices. Even though Sonic automotive doesn’t negotiate their price but once they reviewed what the comparable vehicle in the market are selling for they agreed to reduce their asking price and make the deal. Unlike Auto-nation who owns several dealerships all over USA and don’t negotiate even when you have proof that their vehicle is over price. Sonic/Beverly hills BMW does pay attention and is reasonable. I had a great Experience with Alex my sales man and Peter the sales manager who worked with me to make this a very smooth and pleasant transaction. I bought cars from BH BMW before and will continue doing so not to mention that I highly recommend this dealership.

Not only has Ray helped me pick out the best car, gave me the best deal possible on the car (i know so because I compared the prices of the SAME CAR from 3 different BMW dealerships) and patiently answered all my million questions (since its my first car), BUT he also want out of his way and responsibilities to help me be approved by the bank that did not want to initially give me a lease because of my financial situation. So, if you need a new BMW, go to THIS dealership and ask for RAY specifically. Your experience does not depend on the dealership- it depends on the DEALERS. As bad my experience was on the purchase, these service was just about as perfect as it can get. 50,000 mile full service, rectify to broken interior bits, and gave me back a washed and clean car in under 2 hours, 1hr 40minutes to be exact.
