The unique two-door design of the 8 Series Coupe is seamlessly balanced with a large frame and commanding stance, while the 8 Series Convertible brings in a durable soft top designed to reduce exterior noise. The 8 Series Gran Coupe is a four-door model, standing out with an illuminated kidney grille and a low roofline.

Interior Design

The 8 Series Coupe and Convertible seat four passengers comfortably, while the 8 Series Gran Coupe offers room for five. New 8 Series coupe and convertible models are well-equipped with power-adjustable heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, dual-zone automatic climate control, ambient cabin lighting, and leather upholstery.

Performance

The base BMW 840i is powered by a turbocharged 3.0-liter 6-cylinder engine, producing up to 335 horsepower and 368 lb-ft of torque for dynamic performance across Los Angeles. An available turbo 4.4-liter V8 engine increases output to 523 hp and 553 lb-ft for M850i models. Rear-Wheel Drive is standard for the 8 Series, with xDrive All-Wheel Drive optional.
